LITTLE MR. DOGWOOD APPLICATION
Rules & Regulation for Little Mr. Dogwood Contest
All contestants must reside in Orleans or attend Orleans Elementary School.
All contestants must enter the appropriate age category:
Micro Mr. Dogwood – Pre-K-Kindergarten (MUST NOT have participated in the baby contest)
Tiny Mr. Dogwood – Grades 1st & 2nd
Mini Mr. Dogwood – Grades 3rd & 4th
Little Mr. Dogwood – Grades 5th & 6th
Attire does NOT have to be a tux, but that is up to you. This is something fun for the boys to do since there really isn’t much for them. YOU DECIDE, you are representing the first eve Little Mr. Dogwood & have fun with it!! Some examples: jeans and a t-shirt, basketball shorts & a shirt, your Sunday best
Important Dates & Information
Friday, March 29th, 2024 (GOOD FRIDAY) All forms and fees are due.
Please return to school, mail, or drop off entry forms and fees to the town of Orleans
Please make all checks payable to Orleans Chamber of Commerce
Entry fee is $10.00
All contestants will compete on the same day, SUNDAY APRIL 21, 2024, at the Orleans Elementary School at 1pm
There will be an interview time set up for that same day, SUNDAY APRIL 21,2024. It will be simple questions
When we receive the entry form and fees, you will receive a test with the time of your interview
Admission is $2.00 at the door. All attendees must purchase a ticket. This money goes back to the Town of Orleans for hosting our Orleans Dogwood Festival.
All contestants will be introduced
ONLY Little Mr. Dogwood contestants will be asked a fun simple question on stage
1 King and 2 runner ups will be chosen by our judges
***we ask that you are respectful of all judges’ decisions & all judges decisions are final
