TINY AND LITTLE MISS DOGWOOD QUEEN APPLICATION
Rules & Regulation for Tiny Miss- Little Miss Dogwood Queen Contest
All contestants must reside in Orleans or attend Orleans Elementary School.
All contestants must enter the appropriate age category:
A) Tiny Miss Dogwood – Kindergarten
(Tiny Miss contestants may not have participated in the Baby Contest)
B) Little Miss Petal – Grades 1 & 2
C) Little Miss Blossom – Grades 3 & 4
D) Little Miss Dogwood – Grades 5 & 6
Contestants that were chosen as Queen in 2018 are exempt from participating in the same age category.
All contestants must have age appropriate attire. Makeup is not recommended, but will be acceptable in moderation and age appropriate.

Saturday, March 30, 2019 All forms and fees are due. – THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO LATE EXCEPTIONS.
THIS DATE IS SO WE CAN HAVE ALL NEWS PAPERS & PROGRAMS PRINTED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Friday, April 19, 2019 Practice after school until 4:30 @ O.E.S.
Different this year, we will have all contestants compete on the same day, Saturday April 20th. Interviews will be during the day and all contests will start at 5:00. This being said, all contestants will need to be 10 minutes early for their interview to help assure we are on time for the day. If a contestant is late for an interview, that contestant will be moved until the end and IF time permits they will be interviewed by the judges after all other contestants.
Contestants please enter through the cafeteria entrance door.
Admission is $2.00 at the door. All attendees must purchase a ticket.
All contestants will be introduced and walk the run way. Only Little Miss Dogwood, Jr. Miss & Queen Contestants will be asked an on-stage question.
A Queen and a court of 2 princesses will be chosen in each category based on the judges’ scores. All judge’s decisions are final and we ask that you are respectful of their decision.

Or drop it off at the Orleans Town Office
Please make checks payable to the Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
All entry forms and fees MUST be in by Monday April 1st.
Registration will be cut off at 25 contestants per category. No late registration will be accepted after April 1st.
This form is being posted in January 2019. Due dates are strict due to the time needed to prepare properly. There will be NO LATE ENTRIES. Thank you in advance for your promptness and understanding.
