VENDOR ENTRY FORM<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Welcome to the 2026 Orleans Dogwood Festival!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/h1>\n

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this year’s festival.\u00a0 We encourage vendors to submit early applications as only a limited number of booth spaces are available.\u00a0 The application deadline will be April 5th by end of business day.\u00a0 While entries will be accepted after this date, acceptance cannot be guaranteed.\u00a0 (This allows us to ensure time to prepare for a smooth and pleasant vendor experience.\u00a0 Thanks for understanding.)<\/p>\n

Vendors may set up and stay any time during the period of April 20-April 25.\u00a0 Setup times are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. only.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Limited access to the town park curb for setup and unloading is available during this time.\u00a0 Please use Veterans Way and replace barricades in a timely manner.\u00a0 Carnival hours are 5-10 p.m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All setups are outside.\u00a0 Areas are approximately 10 ft x 10 ft.\u00a0 Limited electric is available.<\/p>\n

If you wish to request additional space, please indicate in your application.\u00a0 (Additional space is considered an extra area and should be paid for as such.)<\/p>\n

If you have any other requests, disability needs, or considerations that you would like us to know, please indicate in your application.<\/p>\n

Your location will be staked with your name on Monday, April 20th.\u00a0 <\/strong>A receipt will be e-mailed to the address listed in your application to confirm that your payment was received.\u00a0 *Please be sure to provide a valid email address for our vendor coordinator to contact you with area assignments and other pertinent information.<\/em><\/p>\n

2026 Dogwood Festival Vendor Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Due to the Orleans Town Council Ordinance, there are to be no travel campers, mobile homes, nor travel trailers in the park, nor parked along the curbs surrounding the park.\u00a0 There is to be no driving on the park grounds.\u00a0 The use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, in-line, or roller skates is prohibited.\u00a0 Only tents and knockdown type booths will be permitted.\u00a0 You may only park around the curbs long enough to load and unload.\u00a0 The festival does not provide camping facilities.<\/li>\n
  2. The Dogwood festival goes on rain or shine, so come prepared.\u00a0 There are NO REFUNDS.<\/li>\n
  3. Vendors must setup within their spaces and sell only the items listed in their application.<\/li>\n
  4. Vendors must furnish 50 feet or more of heavy-duty extension cords UL LISTED FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY.\u00a0 Cords must have proper plugs and be in good condition.\u00a0 ALL CORDS MUST BE PROTECTED from pedestrian and vehicular traffic by plastic or rubber shields<\/strong> that fit along and cover the cords.\u00a0 We ask that you please comply with these rules without argument as they are required by the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office.<\/li>\n
  5. Food vendors require a K class fire extinguisher in addition to the below listed requirements.<\/li>\n
  6. All vendor spaces, regardless of what they are selling, require a fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag in place and have minimum UL LISTING 2A:10B: C.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. All fire extinguishers must be mounted in the manufacturer’s provided bracket or hanger or located in a cabinet designed specifically for fire extinguishers.\u00a0 Fire extinguishers shall be mounted a minimum of 4 inches above the ground, and a maximum of 60 inches above the ground and always be readily accessible.<\/li>\n
  8. Tents and\/or canopies must be made of flame retardant or fireproof material.\u00a0 All other guidelines set forth by the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office must be adhered to.<\/li>\n
  9. You are to bring your own outdoor setups.\u00a0 Be sure to bring your own tables, chairs, canopies, etc.<\/li>\n
  10. THE ORLEANS DOGWOOD FESTIVAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.\u00a0 Limited overnight security will be provided.<\/li>\n
  11. The Dogwood Festival Committee reserves the right to ask you to remove items from your booth that may be in poor taste or not up to standards.\u00a0 This is strictly a family-oriented event.\u00a0 ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS, KNIVES, FIREWORKS OR PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIAL WILL BE PERMITTED!<\/li>\n
  12. We take pride in maintaining a clean environment.\u00a0 Vendors must properly dispose of trash.<\/li>\n
  13. There is to be NO use of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances.\u00a0 NO disorderly conduct, vulgar or profane language in the Town Park.<\/li>\n
  14. No person shall cut, break or pluck flowers or in any way deface the trees, shrubs, plants, or turf within the town park.\u00a0 All other rules and regulations of Orleans Town Ordinance 2001-20 shall apply.<\/li>\n
  15. If you do not comply with these rules, you will be convicted of a Town Ordinance violation and be asked to leave immediately.\u00a0 Thank you for cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
